Please note that all events at The Flight Doc are subject to strict capacity limitations. The following policy applies to all subscriptions:

UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE EVENT:

• Cancellation fee of $500.00
• Changes are permitted (up to 15 days prior to events) – one change to the next following course is permitted with a change fee of $500.00 applied
• PLEASE NOTE : No refunds or changes are permitted within 14 days before any event  – a 100% cancellation fee penalty will apply
